We only got the rooms at 3:45 in the afternoon just before Shabbat, which is really wrong because we are Shabbat keepers

אני עדיין בהלם מהשירות שלכם. המלון היה סגור והעברתם אותנו למלון אחר בלי ליידע אותנו כלל. רק כשהגענו למלון בשעה 15:45 נאמר לנו שהמלון סגור בכלל. מילא היה לכם לחץ של הזמנות אבל זה לא המצב כרגע ככה לשכוח מאיתנו. לא טרחתם להתקשר לבדוק אם הלכנו למלון החילופי אם הכל תקין, לא הצעתם פיצוי ונתתם לנו להגיע עד למקום ולא נותרה לנו ברירה אלא ללכת למלון המוצע שלא רצינו בזמן ההזמנה. מאוכזבת מאוד מאוד מהשירות שלכם.
